It is with mixed emotions that I announce the retirement of Jim Noel from Proscapes Lawn and Tree Care Inc. after 20 years of dedicated service.

Jim was our first full-time employee and stood by my side through every challenge and triumph. His unwavering commitment to quality and service played a significant role in our success. Jim will be deeply missed, but I am grateful for his incredible contributions to Proscapes.

Thankfully, Jim will still lend a helping hand during the transition in 2026, ensuring a smooth handover.

With that, I am pleased to introduce our new department manager, Shane Rissler. While Shane is new to Proscapes, he is no stranger to the industry. He began his career with Chemlawn in 1996, and he and I had the privilege of working together for eight years before I left in 2004 to start Proscapes.

With 30 years of experience, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. We share the same commitment to being the most knowledgeable, honest, and service-oriented company in the metroplex. I am confident he will be a fantastic addition to Proscapes as we continue to grow and serve our community.
