Q: How long have you been in business?   
A: We have been open since 1994.

Q: Can I pay my bill online?   
A: Absolutely!  Click here “Pay Online” or access the Pay Online at the top of the Home Page.

Q: Do you mow in my area?    
A: We mow in these zip codes:  76107-76111, 76104, 76034, 76092, 76262, 76248, 76132-34, 76114-116 and 76126.

Q: Do you only mow bi-weekly?   
A: Our maintenance service includes 40 visits per year.

Q: What does full maintenance include?
A:
Full maintenance includes: mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming shrubs, bed detail, & trash.

Q: When do I water my lawn?
A:
Water according to your city’s watering schedule for spring and summer.   We will provide instructions for the rest of the year.

Q: I was supposed to have my service today, but it rained.  When will you be here?    
A: It depends.  Different parts of the area will receive more rain than others, and some property is too wet to mow.  Some are smaller and some are larger which take longer to mow.  We will get to your property expediently and give you the same great Proscapes service.

Q: Can you help me with a lawn that is not performing well? 
A:

Q: Do you fertilize and do weed control?

Q: You sprayed my lawn yesterday.  When will I see results?
A: Depending on the type of application and temperatures at the time of the application, results should be seen in 1-2 weeks.  It could be longer if temperatures are cold and there is a lot of cloud cover.

Q: It rained right after you sprayed my lawn, do I need another application? 
A: Depending on the type of application applied and the total amount of rainfall, all the applications need to be watered in.  We will follow up on your application in a couple of weeks and make sure the lawn is showing results.

Q: My trees look sick, what do I do?

Q: What is eating my flowers?

Q: Do you do irrigation inspections? 
A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you install irrigation? 
A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you guarantee a new landscape installation? 
A: Yes, we do.  Shrubs and trees are guaranteed for one year when homeowner waters according to instructions, with the exception of annuals and perennials, and Acts of God.

Q: I am thinking about adding an outdoor kitchen. Where do I start?

Q: I would like to extend my patio and add pavers to make it all look the same.  Do you do that?

Q: If I design my own landscape, will you install it? 
A: No, we do not.

Q: Will you install someone else’s design?  
A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you do the stone edging around beds? 
A: Yes, we do. 

Q: Do you do the stone edging around trees.

Q: Do you plant flowers?

Q: When is the best time of year to take on a new landscape project? 
A: Fall and Spring are wonderful.

Q: Do you do a one time clean up?  For example, the Holiday Season? 
A: Yes, if you are a current client.
