As a working Landscape/Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating
activities for your team and performing a wide range of tasks, including, but not limited to, planting,
hand and power tools, chainsaws, minor irrigation, material coordination, and communication with
management. You will work closely with others to ensure that projects are completed on time and
within budget. Our ideal candidate is an experienced landscaping professional seeking a position that
presents daily challenges and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in a landscape project.
- Communicate with clients while on their properties; escalate concerns to management.
- Evaluate the work site or the progress of a landscape project.
- Deliver the crew safely to the work sites.
- Work outdoors in all seasons.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Maintain the trucks, trailers, and equipment, reporting issues to management.
- Assess the quality of work performed by crew members. Perform a wide variety of tasks related to the construction and maintenance of grounds.
